I understand that. In testing I have found that the time entries and parts issues are being handled properly over to the Work Tickets. We are not using scheduling, so that hasn't been tested.

I've found that using the program name, in the case of TimeTracker "JTWDBA" instead of the VI job name, you can login directly to Time Tracker, bypassing the user name/pw and Business Desktop. The only way i found the program name...
