    Drawing issues

    When I draw in illustrator using either the brush or the pencil and go back over or near the line I'm drawing, it makes something completely different out of it. Is there something I can turn off or what? Thanks.

    No Blur Option in Drop Shadows?

    In illustrator CS, all of a sudden I cannot add a blur to my drop shadows (under filters or effects). The blur option is greyed out. I did restart but it's still greyed out. Any ideas? Thanks, Mark
