"Review document" feature problem

We have the same problem with WP10 after upgrading from WP8. It seems to happen for us most often with documents originally created in WP8. Two potential fixes: 1. User-created outline in WordPerfect 10
I'm getting an extra space in a user-defined outline. I'm looking to get a format like "9999-01" and have come close. In the Create Format window for outlines, I have "9999" in Text before box and "-1" in the Number/Bullet box and 1 leading zero, I get this: 9999 -01 If I put the dash in the...- PwrNuc
