I HAVE A PRIVATE LINE RINGING AT EXT., AND I HAVE PROGRAMED
FORWARD NO ANSER TO VM EXT. I DO NOT HAVE AUTOMATED SET UP
BECAUSE I WANT THE LINE TO BE ANSWERED BY THE EXT VOICE MAIL GREETING.
THE EXT. STOPS RINGING, BUT DOES NOT GO TO VM
My client is changing his vendor and does not have to dial 9 anymore.
The problem is all of thier speed dial buttons are set up with a nine.
Is there anyway you can set up the system where you would still have to dial nine.
