    Cannot drag and drop desktop icons

    April 11, 2005 I'm using Xp pro and something it's oocurs that: I cant drag/drop any icon or files My task Bar is missing Reloaded XP still same problem I cant save any data because i cant burn a CD I appreciate any idea how to fix this.
