    E2002 Unable to load library (EC=MOD NOT FOUND)

    Only if you know.......I get the error msg above with a failed backup each time since installing sp4 on both NT and w2k servers. I have cleared my old .qsd folder and still no joy. CA support way behind in helping...need assistance pls...only if you know !
