    Grey Print in Office OS X

    All, On a laptop IBook, OS10.3, using Macrosoft Office X when we print on our HP Laserjet, we get a grey print. All other apps, all other computers (connected by ethernet) get black. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Office without luck. Would like to print in black. any ideas? Thx Larry
