    Hi I have the similar issue .I also don't have the file db_ides.rs3..I believe you can use central.r3s from central instance and database.r3s for database instance ..I have read this on the net.. I'm installing 4.6C ..if have the steps for this then please send at sapcds@sbcglobal.net thanks...
