    Thanks both for your help, I ended up solving the problem by adding an ID key to the table and selecting the min ID key when there were equal number of bounce backs for the same supporter. Cheers, Tom

    Thanks for the reply it worked fine except I now have another problem. If I have a supporter who has 2 different email addresses and they both have 0 bounce backs I need to only select the 1st one in the table!! Any ideas? Cheers

    Have found out this is a bug with Visual Studio 2005, if you use the report wizard the error occurs so solution is not to use Wizard! There should be a fix for this in the first Service Pack.
