Unicenter TNG 2.2 Framework Event Agent capabilities, needs.
You need install REMOTE ADMINISTRATIVE CLIENT for have all fuctions. is not necessary install the SQL. if would like specify the stations for receive banner you have specify in action messages. The communications sevices have been started in stations. I wish awswer your question.- cristianoso
