UPDATE....I don't know what I did. I went back and looked at the Java properties, unchecked previous versions that had been uninstalled and it worked.....went back to Java properties and those two previous (uninstalled) versions were re-listed and rechecked.....beats me
Makes me like UNIX even...
When we had a majority of POTS lines (Q6600, Plain Old Telephone Service....[copper]) we paid 6 cents for local in PA....our LD was routed over a VPN to corporate and thru Sprint we paid 2 cents for LD....it was literally cheaper to call Shanghai than it was to call across the street and order a...
Thanx for all of the suggestions/ideas but I have exausted all of those thoughts with the exception of one....NHPHONEGUY, what do you mean in reference to Tomcat...I'll take a look at its properties, and I am leaning in that direction....There is only one version of Java, the one that was part...
Very Interesting Thread. I read it because 5 years ago, I was Q6600. It does take some time to get the hang of things. I deal with our local Verizon tech's as a hands on customer. I trace a trouble back to the demarc and call it in with cable n pair...the tech's trust me and dispatch cable...
Hi again!! I have a stand alone TM 4.0 server (XP SP2) that when I use the web service to transmit a change, the log window will open and close within miliseconds....I remember that on 3.0 and 3.1, stooping and restarting IIS would be the fix, however, that does not work now.
This same server...
I had to reboot my CP server this morning (201i junker with r 4.0) and after the reboot, I have been getting calls that the MWI on all sets is incorrect...no set pattern. Mine is off, but has messages...some are one without messages.
Cannot reboot again until tomorrow (maybe that's a fix?)...
I am also running CP 04.04.04 and had that cleanup PEP installed last year. I have about 1.3gb of space left on C: but still get lockups or the inability to access the cpmgr. I used to reboot but I began to stop IIS and associated services to get web access back. This is all fine and good...
sorry...I am having a DS3 installed here too...busy day. I tried FDLU on a i2002 that I have here in my office just to try it. I know the NTP says that it is for 3900's but what they heck, it was worth a try. I also rebooted a couple of sets just to try that...no luck
I have a CS1000 rls 4.5 with CallPilot 3.0. Majority of IP sets. The problem is that the i2004's all updated the time but my i2002's will not. LD 2 looks okay with TTAD. Also 6 3904's are ok too. ANY IDEA'S???
I have TM 3.0 4.4.4 patch level SU3 (I think) ANYWAY, my DBA had been running fine for months, about 5 weeks ago, it started shutting down intermittently. Just DBA, the rest of TM 3 seems fine (sorta)...also have no web client access and noticed that IIS is not on server.....it HAD to be there...
That prt dnip 2 is just a beautiful thing...I thought that there was an easier, "prettier" way, but this will be JUST FINE!
Thanx!
Dan
(any ideas on the TM 3 Web???
I could be way off, but is the fwd call a toll call? I was just looking at the hot dials and they have a different area code than the key 19 fwd....cls is CTD
I cannot, for the life of me, remember where to print the list of IP's assigned to the sets. CS 1000s running 4.5 with TM 3.0. I was thinking that it was in the TM 3.0 Web Client (that is not coming up now...grrrr) So if anyone can point me in the right direction, thanx....if it is in the Web...
There are a couple of things to look at as well. We just had an instance of the C: drive being full. Event logs were max'd out at 16MB. There are PEP's that were issued last year that moves the i386 folder to D: and cleans up files. Also check to ensure anti-virus is on D: as well. Some...
This is a most excellent adventure...you absolutely have to love Nortel....
The Freakin Mayans invented binary math and the Canadians still haven't figured it out.
A Point to ponder, The Mayans had 1's and 0's but no wheel...the Romans had wheels and no 0's......
I see that "Mikey Tried It", isn't that unbelievable?! I really appreciate that info, however...that kinda sux because I can't get any cards or upgrades....We are switching to Nortel soon (not my choice) and this box has run its course.
Well, my client will be real happy to hear that. I am...
