    OK, problem was with Auto attendant recording. Auto attendent did say press star for company directory not a #:) I did change the Auto attendant to say press pound for company directory and rings to the phone set.

    When people dialing main number and Auto attendent will pick up. Calls by name directory going directly to the mailbox, they do not ring to the sets? I need them to ring at the set when people are not on the phone.

    Call Pilot Outlook Problem

    Hello Some users using a Call Pilot, need to click twice to listen to a messege. First click mail will open and the second voice will play. I would like to be able just cklick ones and play voicemail. Any ideas?
