After downloading movies, when I go to shutdown my computer, I get a message that says: End Program-DDE Server Window. It will stay on the screen until I Cancel or End Program. Then my computer will shut down or restart. Please help me get rid of this problem. Have a great day. John

When I download a picture, the only option is bmp format. I used to be able to download in jpg. Something has changed in my computer. How do I change it back to downloading jpg? The dropdown box now only has bmp. Thanks and have a great day. John
