    Replacing Table Data on a premad/stylized table?

    I haven't figured out to do this except the slow way. But what i want to do is: I have a table thats has the styles i want(not charector/paragraph styles) but like spacing and the kind of alternating shading i want and so forth.. Enough special stylizing that its a pain to redo 10 or 20 times...
