    clusterCATS load issue, always 100%

    hello, i am running 2 identical servers (literally) and installed CC on both. win2k sp4, cfmx 6.1, cc 5.1. the install seemed to work just fine, but load management doesn't seem to work at all. i left default of 90% on both servers, but it always shows that both machines are at 100% load and...
