Moram,this must be an annoying problem. I think BE uses the alerts to generate the email. If this is the case, you should look at the interval of the alert to correct your problem.

I have to set up a PC in our board room, and connect it to our projector. Now for the stupid question. Is there a key combination to configure the display options? On the old setup, the laptop had keys for toggling from the monitor to the projector. Thanks in advance.

I need suggestions for combining the information from multiple calendars in Outlook. It would be great if it was automated so that at a regular interval, the calendars would synchronize. It is vacation time again, and this would be an ideal solution for keeping all departments covered.
