    Hi rtfmdude, It doesn't appear under the Install Plugins menu and it's not on any of the Cisco disks that came with the system. P.

    Hi, I have CCM 3.1 and the documentation on Cisco's website says that I should have the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT), but I don't. Has anyone got CCM 3.1 with the BAT plug-in running, and if so did it come as standard, or did you have to get it separately? Cheers, Philip.
