    Hi, I'm fairly new to Avaya system. I understand I can setup an authorization code to bypass a phone that doesn't have intl calling COR(I can go to any phone and make calls with this code). I think the FRL has to be higher on the Route pattern than the COR for this to work but I'm not sure...
