I am faily green with this system and was kind of left to fend for myself. ld 11 will help you find the TN of the user by inputting the DN which is the users extension. Then you simply omit the 00(s) from the TN and use the numbers. I note you used 33 in your example? Why not just 3. I...- pulser11666
