Micollab client through the vpn
Could be a setting in sip peer profile of trunks. Does calling an internal extension work ok? If it does then you need sip tcpdump from MiVB, pcap from firewall and pcap from sip vendor and a test call. and a feedback/diagnostics file from micollab- MiVBoss

You need to enable rad option in COS of rad ports. You need to upload or record through admin mailbox a RAD greeting and assign that RAD greeting to the particular VM ports.
