Merlin Magix R3 - how do you remove lines assigned to a DLC
The customer added a new PRI and the lines were automatocally assigned to all of the DLCs. Do I have to remove the lines form the pool before Ican remove them form the DLC? I went into Extensions - Lines/Trunks but everytime I pressed the buttom associated with one of lines I got an error tone.- rmahoney

TN2211 Optical Drive Issues
My customer has a G3r, version 6.3.4. He called me with a minor alarm against the removable media in SPE-A. I have experienced this issue before, and have usually been able to resolve the alarm by swapping MO disks, MSS/NET boards, or optical drives. I have replaced all three of the above...- rmahoney
