    hello guys, im currently involved in the migration from BI Query reports to crystal reporting, I work for an IT helpdesk which likes to reports on the number of calls taken by the helpdesk by individual aswell as more complex reports where we can monitor the progress of our resolver groups etc...

    thanks alot Madawc W, iv tried that route already for some reason crystal doesnt seem to recognise the SQL query copied over from BIQuery (BIQuery is made by Hummingbird) i get errors about icluding date, string etc.
