Can't access LAN programming on OS7100

Can't access VMAA programming through Device manager
I have a customer with an OS 7400 system. I can access programming through the device manager but when I try to access any of the options through the VMAA program I get an error saying "no SVMi20 card installed" The SVMi20 card is installed and working. My customer had MatWorx installed on a user's PC by a previous vendor connected to their network. The NEAX 2000 is connected to their Network also.
