    "open with" does not work in PSP 9!!

    I have had this problem with another program, and no luck in editing thregistry on it. So i simply added it to the SEND TO option instead, the lazy way out to be sure, but it works. JB

    Distortion Effect

    I'm going senile! An effect I have used in PSP before is now eluding me. You can click on a point in the image and drag it out of proportion, streching it from that point. Can anyone tell me the effect's name and where it is located. Thanks
