I'm using VM lite 2.0 on sbs 2003 and when a voicemail is sent to my users as an email it causes VM to stop on the server. This has started to happen since I upgraded to 2003 from 2000. Could anyone offer any assitance?

Hi, I'm new to IP office and am still learning the ropes. Two of my users continually remove them selves from the a hunt group by accident. Is there a way to lock the hunt group so this cannot happen? I guess they are probably hitting shortcodes to do this. Any help would be appreciated...
