    Thanks a ton Joe. I checked the Info Table and found that the intercept mailbox was definately pointing to the wrong place. Once I changed that and saved the config, everything worked like a charm. Much appreciation.

    The company I work for currently uses Serenade S.4.0.0-2 on their Octel box. We have a user that when somone presses '0' during her voice mail greeting, it goes to a completely different department. How would I go about changing the Operator Escape to go to the correct extension? Any help...
