    win2k internet connection sharing problem

    I have a win2000pro machine connected through a dial-up, meaning dynamic IP, the client machine on my LAN is win98SE, I somehow managed to make ICS work, but alas it was dropped. now I can't seem to fix it no matter what, and I have followed pages upon pages of instructions, please HELP
