    FWD b/na it is then! Thanks guys. I just wish I knew why the Recall option doesn't work the way it seems like it should. It annoys me when features don't work the way you expect them too.

    That is the current setup. However, for the less than technical users that want to put their phone in DND, they need to punch the 7-digit code to enable DND and then to disable and re-enable just the FWD functionality.     With a T-1 card and DID's, will the KX-TDA100 strip off the DID information, or will it send the DID information to the receiving hardware (in this case, a fax server)? Thanks!
