    have you inserted a column into the ral time displays which allows you to see not ready reason codes?

    Activity Code during Outbound Call

    Only way I have been able to get around this is to set up an outbound activity code. Then go into not ready and enter the code then make the outbound call. outbound cal data can then be collected through the not ready reson code report

    to display Not ready codes on real time displays you need to go into configuration - open the relevant site - go into activity codes and then type in what you would like to display in the third column
