I apologize Marcin, I just verified the XBK on a 5.5 system. Its strange I have in my notes that on the 1000e CPPIV, HA CPPM and SA CPPM the small system commands did not work. I guess this changed in 5.5.

1000e is considered a large system and no matter how much it resembles your 11c or cs1000 the small system commands will not work.

What kind of system do you have? 11c,81c and if a large system what kind of processors?

We use IRISnGEN + Netpath, and It does SMS notification. But then again we monitor hundreds of sites for our customers. If you have a service/monitoring contract with someone you might want to ask them to set this up for you.

Do you have SigServers at each site? If so you can use them to TelNet to the PBX.

Thanks Hawks, I listed the 39xx sets becuase at these sites thats all we have. But its good to know that it might happen on the aries sets as well.
