    Arcserve Skipping files

    I also had this issue with Arcserve 7.0, either with Novell 4.0 or Novell 5.1 Finally CA technincal support admitted that in order to not skip files you must use "lock mode". With previous versions of Arcserve we have used "deny none" did not result in all those skipped...
