I think that setting is just if you want to change the MAC address. Otherwise it uses the first ethernet card's address. I opened a ticket with IBM and they said that the Etherchannel drivers do not support DLC. So I guess I am out of luck. I might put in a 3rd card just to support DLC...
I am having problems getting IBM Communications Server to work on my 630 box running 5.1. It sends out SNA packets but does not seem to see the packets coming back. If I break the etherchannel and just use one interface everything works fine. We are using Etherchannel in network interface...
