dimoj, Thanks for suggestion. So far i've tried emptying the fonts & resetting reference thru cntrl-altr-del intruption. Still doesn't want to load. Sorry, to show ignorance but where is prefs located?- henry9999

My P-shop7 drops out before program loading is completed. Removing & reinstalling the program won't help. This happend before and nothing short of re-formating the C-drive(!!!) and reinstalling the Photoshop fixed the problem. Then after a couple of months, the problem is back. I'm using...- henry9999
