Does anyone know the device type number for the 7975, i need to add it to our devicelistx.asp file. The number for the 7970 is 30018, but i can't find one for the 7974

To get this to work, you need to set up a another file as the 7975 look for a different resolution. the standard file is 320x212x12, if you create another file 320x216x16 and copy your .png files into it, then stop and start TFTP and reboot your phones, this should work.

We are currently running symposium 4.1 and have an option set up to for users to press 2 and go of to Queue buster.This works within the Interdigit timer. Is there a way for the caller to then press 2 at anytime while they are queuing and still go off to queue buster
