It sounds as if you have bent the rail that the imaging unit slides into. I can not tell you how to remove the imaging unit other than seeing if the rail is bent and reforming it.
I would check the DM clutch. It is a spring wound clutch lubed with a yellow grease that becomes solid after a while. Clean and relube with a light grease.
PEST Error - Printhead Left jetstack disconnect. The left jetstack is not drawing the expected power from the supply.
This error indicates a problem with the printhead. It will need to be replaced. A printhead is very expensive.
Is it possible the maintenance tray is blocking the paper feed path? with the right side guide broken and the part that holds the tray in missing, could the tray be sliding back into the paper path? Also how do the white milar strips look on the door?
