Hi I looking for some one that can build a menu bar for me for my web site. It is for a project that I have. I want the menu bar to look kind of like the windows task bar. I want to be able to hit start and have a pop up bar come up. Is this possible.

here is my problem when I go to my web page in a browser on another computer on my LAN the main page comes up. It is a frame page with two other html pages. The frames come up but the the contents. Do I have to configure apache for each page that I use on my web site?
