    Help Shadow.exe infected

    Dell Inspiron /Win XP Home I ran the RAV online virus scan and it picked up the following: c://386/shadow.exe infected C://windows/system32/shadow.exe infected I use AVG, but it won't update. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, but still no luck with the updates. Can anyone help?
