outlook is trying to retrieve data...message bubble (Outlook 2003)
One thing I discovered is that if your exchange server is also a domain controller, you may have some bandwidth being reserved for active directory. I had the same problem and ran the reg in this article and it solved the problem. Look for TCPDELACKTICKS in Google, too...- Fliboi

Windows 2003 Exchange 2003 cluster - Changing IP's
I have a two node active/passive Exchange 2003 cluster running on Windows 2003 server with an IBM SAN. I am moving the system and need to know if anyone has ever encountered any documentation or experienced doing this.
