Update: As far as WP9 SP4 spell check goes, there's a fix on the Corel website, see FAQs. Additional problems using WP12 SP1: Any/all files created on the WebDrive (or directly on Web Folders) have the wrong file modified date (in my case, it's always GMT - 5)

On my machine, WP12 "hangs" because I have the document folder entry in "oprions/file locations" pointing to a network drive which has not been mapped just yet.
