    Citrix with Info Desktop - can only log in once on each Citrix box

    I have a Citrix box running on Windows 2000. I was able to Terminal Service to it with different logins simultaneously and log into Info Desktop. Can your users use Terminal Services without Citrix? I am assuming not, or else you would not have Citrix. Have you tried using Seagate Web Access...

    Exporting Report

    I don't know what you mean by 'garbled and distorted', but I have encountered issues with word and excel as well. My problem was from putting data into the page header section. Word and excel only get the page header once, even if it changes from page to page. Hope this helps!

    Does CE 8 have any advantage to Seagate Info

    We were sent the 'free upgrade' to Crystal Enterprise 8. I am trying to determine what the differences between CE and Seagate Info are, and whether or not we should use CE. any thoughts are appreciated.
