Hi, Guys - I'm a novice at administering the Partner System and read about PC-based software -- will this software allow someone to make changes to the system or a specific extension/phone, ie: programming buttons, adding lines, etc.?
If anyone can direct me to the information I will appreciate it!
Want to block Caller ID from all outgoing calls or have main line display - not each of the individual 8 line numbers.
Can this be managed thru Partner ACS or should I contact telco and have them block?
Anyone have a suggestion for a good conference room speakerphone for use on a Partner ACS system? We've rotated thru a couple of different 18D's and one of the smaller units, but all seem to be very directional and won't pick up a participant who is "behind" the phone when it is in the middle...
