Do you use visual basic com- components ?
If so, make sure to not them in Application varaiables, it will make your server single threaded, a bit nasty for a multiuser webserver :-)
I heard of this problem. There is a vitual domain service at www.hn.org. In their faq pages they offer a solution for registars which have problems transferring a non com, net, org domain : http://hn.org/www/faq/virtual/#registrar
Maybe you could try their service, maybe they can help.
