I believe one of my crystal reports is corrupt, but I don't know how that happened. When I go to open the report, I get the error "DOS Error." It doesn't open. Have I lost this report?
We are using Citrix on 2 servers and have 23 concurrent users. We're experiencing performance issues within Great Plains. Smartlist reports are hanging up other users in the app. Any suggestions?
We have installed Great Plains on 2 Citrix Servers. We have several smart list reports that query a month's data for posted and unposted journal entries. When users run these reports, it seems to lock other users up from doing anything...even signing into Great Plains. What can I change to...
If you are no longer seeing folders in your smartlist, you can go to Setup | System and enter the system password. Then select Smartlist Security. There, you can select the user and company and which objects they have access to.
