    Thanks for the responses. I tried maintain aspect ratio, but clip still is previewed in the full frame size. I am not familiar with prem pro or AE. Please excuse my ignorance. Could you elaborate?

    I would like to include a short clip from my still digital camera (MPEG format), but image appears blurry because adobe premiere enlarges it to the full project window size.
