I figured out how to do it. Its built into fax services in SBS server 2003. They will appear on both incoming faxes in the incoming folder, and print to printer of choice automatically
Its a problem all around. Internally and externally. Everything is set wide open on the connectors as well. I can't see anywhere where there are limitations or anything like that.
Yes I have tried the global settings also. I have heard from another IT company that this has been a problem on a few SBS 2003 servers. I have adjusted the settings everywhere...active directory under users, global settings, default smtp server.
I have a question. Even though I adjust the settings in the global settings to increase the file send size limit it doesn't seem to work. I have heard there have been some issues with exchange 2003. If anyone can shed some light on this please let me know.
