Phaser 860 PAPER JAM, OPEN EXIT COVER TO CLEAR
I have a very similar problem with my Phaser 860 - manual feed paper goes through fine but paper picked up from the tray always jams behind the front cover. Prior to this the small clip on the bottom right of the paper tray had broken and fallen off. i have replaced this with a flap to cover...- Tallis

Phaser 8200 never stops warming up
I had the same bulb problem here in the UK and found it quite tricky to get hold of some bulbs for my Phaser 860 (linear halogen, 110/120V, 150W, 116mm long). Eventually I got exactly the right kind from a theatre light supply company, where they had a good range of bulbs for use in stage...- Tallis

Paper tray fault Phaser 860
On the righ hand side of my Phaser 860 paper tray (viewed from the front) there are three small rectangular holes, adjacent to three black sprung plastic clips inside the machine. the other day a small plastic clip fell off the machine, since when the machine always jams paper in the front area...- Tallis
