From the VG definition results that you can't put disks bigger than 64GB into that VG. (MAX PPs per PV:1016 x PP SIZE:64 megabyte(s) = 63.4GB). The hdisk10 is bigger!?! That's why I suppose you should increase the PP numbers by a factor of 2. So `chvg -t 2 B02sapvg` should work...

Take a look at the chvg manual. Maybe changing the factor parameter (-t) helps you...

What kind of VG is that? Maybe it's an issue regarding the ration between PPs and PVs. From chvg manual... maybe the factor parameter helps you...

I suppose you want to extend the vg over hdisk10 and/or hdisk11. Try to remove the disk devices (rmdev -dl hdisk10;rmdev -dl hdisk11) and after that run cfgmgr. Radu

It seems that you have some performance problems. What I suggest you is to run the analysis tools like vmstat, iostat, filemon, lvmstat etc. Also you can obtain more information from the performance redbooks. If you could and want please post the output from the commands, maybe we can help you...
