Everytime I start the Windows 2003 STD server, 3 programs crash: beremote (Backupexec), dns.exe and firefox.exe. Under the event viewer it says:
faulting module NTDLL.DLL, version 5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x00003847.

The lights are all on. I have to add that it worked the day before, the the network settings changed and I cannot access it anymore. Ive been through the CD and talked to HP, none were any help.

I did print the configruation page. It shows all of the settings, I uesed the IP on that page to try to connect. I should also say that the last Sys Admin manually configured it, so I really want it to default back to DHCP.

We have a Deskjet 6127 connected directly to the network. I used the IP on the Network configuration page but I cannot connect to the internal server or ping the printer. I contacted HP and they told me to remove the ink and unplug all the cables to do a hard restart, this didnt solve...
