    Thanks Shaon, you helped a lot. I was looking for this solution for a while but wasn't able to find it by myself. I still don't know why my outlook doesn't do this thing OOB like for my colegues (they have the same instalation and configuration) but I am glad that it finaly works with this...

    I created a distribution list in the Contacts section of Outlook 2003, then right click on it and chosen "New message to contact". The New Message window is opened, the distribution list name is filled in the To field, but it doesn't become bold, and when I try to send the message, it does not...
