I figured it out. I was running a free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit. Turned that off, and the issue went away. Now I'll go through it to see if it's a particular setting in Anti-Exploit that was causing it.

I did resolve the issue, it was the compatibility view settings. The odd thing is that it renders fine with compatibility view off on some workstations, but only works with compatibility view on, on other workstations. But at least if I have an easy workaround, I'm going to consider this fixed...
